Shipping and handling

For UK and European orders up to £40 value dellivery is by first class post and is priced according to weight starting £1.50 up to 100gms. We will retain proof of purchase but cannot guarante delivery unless you expressly request it. An additional fee may be levied.

UK orders over £40 value are sent via Initial Citylink for a flat fee of £6.50. Any additional items are included in the first fee.

North American and worlwide delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed delivery and the price varies according to weight and destination but for example sending a bag to the US costs about £12.00GB.

We want you be happy with youe purchases from Felix and Oscar. If any item fails to meet the high standards you exprct from us you may return it to us (original labels and packing please) within 14 days for a full refund. We will not be responsible for return posting unless goods are faulty. Please let us know if you returning goods.
